Join us for a weekend of mindfulness meditation practice in a beautiful green valley in the Sierra of Madrid. The teacher, Darran Kilbride, has trained in world-recognized meditation centers in the United States and Asia and has trained as a mindfulness teacher with the University of Massachusetts. The retreat will be taught in English.

Normally we start off with a meditation of 30-35 minutes, followed by a short talk about meditation practice, then a tea break, followed by a talk about Buddhism and then a short Metta or Loving Kindness meditation.
