We start off with a meditation of 30-35 minutes, followed by a short talk about meditation practice, then a tea break, followed by a talk about Buddhism and then a short Metta or Loving Kindness meditation. In Jim’s absence, this week’s Sangha meeting will be facilitated by Carlos.
