About Us

Welcome to Dhamma Madrid. Besides supporting the Madrid Meditation Sangha led by Jim Forbes, this website attempts to centralize all the different sitting groups and Sanghas in the Madrid area in one web site, as well as provide other resources to support our practice. Interest in Buddhism, mindfulness and meditation seems to be growing in Madrid and Spain in general so we hope this web page is helpful to find a sitting group or Sangha that fits your needs.

For more information about our Meditation Sangha, or to RSVP to an event, visit our Meetup page, Madrid Meditation Meetup. If you have knowledge of other Meditation and Buddhist Sanghas or resources in Madrid that you would like included on our website, please e-mail us!
